Developer Donstroy says sales revenue soars 69% in Jan–Sep
MOSCOW, Oct 14 (PRIME) -- Sales revenue of Russian real estate developer Donstroy soared by 69% on the year to a record of 58.8 billion rubles in January–September, the company said in a statement on Monday.
“This is the highest figure in the company’s history, revenue for the three quarters had not exceeded 35 billion rubles previously,” the company said.
The amount of apartments the company sold in the period grew 87% on the year to 2,900, while the area of sold property jumped 80% to 205,000 square meters.
Donstroy focuses on construction and sales of elite-class and business-class residential property in Moscow.
